It is designed as a floor plan (3BHK), built on a plot size of 20×40 ft. Parking on this small vehicle like motorbikes and cycles can be easily parked, parking has to be done on entering from the main gate, the stair is given from the parking space itself which climbs in anticlockwise.

It has two bedrooms at the back whose size is 9′-1″X11′, the backside is open for the bedrooms, the window of the bedrooms is given on the open side. The lobby in the middle is on the left side of the lobby Kitchen and Pooja room have been built, 2 toilets have been built on the right side of the lobby and in the middle of them, the ventilator of the toilet is installed on the open side so that the other air of the toilet can come out from the open and light comes in the lobby. The entrance of the room is from the back bedroom, and the entrance of the second toilet is given from the drawing-room. On the right side of the parking, the drawing-room is made, which is 9′-1″X 10′ in size.
